胡安妥,男,讲师、硕士生导师。主持横向及纵向科研项目共2项。近5年以第一作者或通讯作者在Food chemistry:X、Food Control、World Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology等杂志发表学术论文6篇,其中一区4篇。
