一、个人简介

刘姝，女，教授职称、硕士生导师，连云港市“521工程”第三层次培养对象。主持并参与国家级、省市级等科研项目十几项。近5年以第一作者或通讯作者在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Future Foods》等杂志发表学术论文28篇，其中一区5篇;获授权发明专利9件，申请26件。指导学生获得全国大学生生命科学竞赛、江苏省研究生“大食物观”科研创新实践大赛等奖项4项。
