一、个人简介

房耀维,男,博士,三级教授,研究生导师,科学技术处副处长。江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”培养对象,江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才,江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等科研项目20余项。获得江苏省科技进步奖三等奖、中国轻工业联合会科学技术发明奖三等奖、江苏省轻工业科学技术奖励技术发明奖一等奖、江苏省轻工业科学技术奖励技术发明奖三等奖各1项。指导研究生获得江苏省优秀硕士学位论文1篇。主要研究方向为1)生物转化:食品活性物如海洋活性肽、低聚糖、植物多酚的微生物转化及活性评价等;2)益生菌开发,功能性益生菌的筛选及作用机制研究;3)食品酶工程:酶的发掘、性质、结构解析、分子改造等。相关研究在Trends in Food Science&Technology、Current Opinion in Food Science、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等期刊发表论文150余篇,SCI收录80余篇。授权国家发明专利20余件;参与出版专著1部。
