赵英才,男,讲师、硕士生导师。主持海州湾英才创新计划项目1项,开放课题2项,横向课题1项。近5年以第一作者或通讯作者在Food Chemistry等杂志发表学术论文4篇,其中一区2篇;获授权发明专利1件。
