
一、个人简介
杜静,女,讲师、硕士生导师,花果山英才“双创博士”。主持市厅级科研项目1项,教育部重点实验室开放课题1项。近5年以第一作者或通讯作者在Carbohydrate Polymers, Food Hydrocolloids, LWT等杂志发表学术论文7篇,其中一区3篇;获授权发明专利2件,申请1件。指导学生获得省级学科竞赛1项。
