

一、个人简介
李想,女,1992年04月生,博士,校聘副教授。主要从事食品营养健康方面的科研和教学工作。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、国家自然基金青年项目1项,以第一作者或通讯作者在Biomacromolecules、Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry:X等国际期刊上发表SCI论文6篇,中文核心期刊论文1篇。
